The Good Feet Store is a specialty retailer focused on health and wellness through arch support solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you will educate customers on benefits and fit, offering personalized product recommendations to improve quality of life.

Join Feet First Partners, a 300+ store franchise, and contribute to a mission-driven team. Expect full-time or part-time roles with paid training and certification, and generous hours.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

The Good Feet Store sells arch support solutions and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Sales Consultants play an Impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support and recommending suitable products.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.

Compensation:

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full-time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays
