Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a Sales Assistant to support the sales director and team in residential living at the community. You will handle clerical tasks, manage customer data in the CRM, and assist in creating promotional content to drive occupancy and growth.

The role interfaces with residents, families and visitors, coordinating tours and events while maintaining a courteous, professional atmosphere. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-year related office experience providing clerical or administrative support.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing or healthcare related position preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information; refer to Sales Director.
• Enter inquiry data into approved CRM and manage calls.
• Coordinate marketing events and prepare invitations.
• Prepare orientation packets and move-in information for new residents.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Director.
