Job summary

Brohn Homes is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to support the sales team at our home communities. You will help foster client relationships, demonstrate features, and guide prospects through the information needed to choose a home.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will handle CRM updates, reports, scheduling, and help ensure a smooth contract process.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and follow up with leads consistently.
• Comfort with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and explain product offerings and financing options to home buyers.
• Prepare reports including competition and sales/traffic for communities.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments for sales consultants.
• Greet visitors and provide community brochures and information.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with opening/closing model home duties.
• Ensure model home is clean and ready for showings.
• Support sales professionals with various tasks and meet 90% customer satisfaction goal.
• Work on-site at home communities and in office environments.
