Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current resort owners on-site. You will greet guests, present tours, and guide them to a presentation while collaborating with resort staff to ensure a smooth experience.

Role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and basic computer skills. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions, with a realistic target and top earnings potential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Attend training and team meetings; stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.

Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.Technical SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.Job experience1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $21.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate, commissions and bonuses. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
