Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current resort owners, scheduling and guiding them through sales-preview tours and presentations at our destinations.

You will greet guests, qualify prospects, and help drive tour bookings while upholding company policies and compliance standards. You will join a team focused on customer experience, with opportunities to train, grow, and meet performance goals in a dynamic resort environment across travel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings; stay updated on marketing information and trends; set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
