Job summary

ADP is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations – Sales Compliance & Ethics to support the execution and ongoing enhancement of its compliance program. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and other functions to assess escalations, improve processes, and strengthen controls.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and training skills, with experience in Salesforce and MS Office. You will help deliver training and drive governance across sales processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compliance Operations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Program Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of ADP's Sales Compliance & Ethics program with a focus on governance, regulatory alignment, and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct fact-based reviews of escalation events involving customer communication preferences and related regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify process gaps, data issues, or control breakdowns affecting program effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, Privacy, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate findings.
• Prepare clear summaries of findings and recommendations for leadership and compliance partners.
• Identify recurring themes and opportunities for process improvement; coordinate remediation efforts.
• Deliver Sales Compliance & Ethics training and awareness programs to sales teams and leaders.
• Maintain program documentation, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
