ADP is seeking a Sales Operations Manager – Governance Specialist to join the Sales Enablement team within Worldwide Commercial Operations. The role focuses on defining AI content guardrails, governance, risk controls, and escalation workflows while ensuring alignment with legal and brand standards.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Qualified candidates should reside within commutable distance to one of ADP’s offices and be willing to work

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk management, legal operations, privacy, security governance, content governance, or regulated communications.
• Strong understanding of AI risks such as hallucination, bias, privacy exposure, unsupported claims, data leakage, or inaccurate personalization.
• Ability to design clear approval tiers and escalation paths.
• Experience writing policies, standards, procedures, or governance documentation.
