Job summary

ADP is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations – Sales Compliance & Ethics in a hybrid environment to lead governance and operational excellence across Sales, Legal, Privacy, and supporting functions.

The role focuses on evaluating escalations, performing root cause analyses, and delivering training and insights to strengthen control effectiveness and reduce risk. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory readiness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is nice to have but not required.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compliance Operations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Program Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and recommend improvements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed org.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the Sales Compliance & Ethics program with focus on governance and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct fact-based reviews of escalation events involving customer communication preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify process gaps, data issues, and control weaknesses.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate findings.
• Prepare clear summaries of findings and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify themes, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and remediation.
• Deliver Sales Compliance & Ethics training to sales teams and leaders.
• Maintain program documentation, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
