Job summary

ADP is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations – Sales Compliance & Ethics, to oversee governance and improvement of the program across Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Privacy. The role focuses on evaluating escalations, enhancing controls, and ensuring compliance in communications and processes.

The position collaborates with executives to provide objective findings, train teams, and drive remediation efforts, leveraging data and systems to strengthen regulatory readiness and risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compliance Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to present to leadership.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across a matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering training or enablement programs to employees and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Salesforce and related platforms.
• Knowledge of TCPA/CAN-SPAM/CASL or similar regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of ADP's Sales Compliance & Ethics program.
• Conduct fact-based reviews of escalation events involving customer preferences.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify process gaps and control issues.
• Partner with sales, legal, privacy, and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Prepare objective summaries of findings and recommendations.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver Sales Compliance & Ethics training to sales teams.
• Maintain program documentation, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop trend analyses and actionable insights to reduce risk.
• Contribute to projects on technology enhancements and regulatory readiness.
