Job summary

ADP is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations – Sales Compliance & Ethics to lead governance, analysis, and program delivery across Sales, Legal, Privacy and supporting functions. You will evaluate escalation events, perform root cause analyses, partner with stakeholders, and drive improvements to regulatory alignment and training programs while leveraging data and systems to reduce risk.

Base salary opportunities are disclosed as USD 86,600.00 - 161,600.00 per year, with emphasis on independent

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compliance Operations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Program Management, or related field.
• Ability to independently analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of ADP's Sales Compliance & Ethics program, with a focus on communication preference governance and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct fact-based reviews of escalation events involving customer communication preferences and related regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Privacy and other stakeholders to gather information and validate findings.
• Prepare clear and objective summaries of findings and recommendations for leadership and compliance partners.
• Deliver Sales Compliance & Ethics training and awareness programs to sales teams and leaders.
