Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a senior member of the Advisor Performance & Compensation team to provide strategic oversight on compensation practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in wealth management, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a proficiency in financial data management tools. This role includes leading compensation initiatives, collaborating with leadership, and mentoring junior team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

As a senior member of the Advisor Performance & Compensation team you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the compensation framework, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the Rockefeller Global Family Office. You will be expected to implement best practices and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
In addition to managing the monthly compensation processes, you will be tasked with driving out enhanced and robust performance reporting and analytics that provide actionable insights to senior management.
As a key liaison between the Advisor Performance & Compensation team and Field Leadership and Advisors, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of compensation and performance initiatives.Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members, promoting a high-performance culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our advisors.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
