Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Compensation Application Specialist to design and implement sales performance and incentive compensation solutions. You will optimize configurations, ensure scalable, maintainable systems, and deliver on-demand analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience with Sales Performance Management / Incentive Compensation platforms or similar ERP / CRM enterprise applications.
Experience utilizing analytics tools and languages.
Experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and data analysis.
Ability to analyze, transform, and compare large volumes of data (structured and unstructured).
Ability to develop reports which convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement sales performance, incentive compensation, and supporting technologies to provide meaningful business solutions.
Provide day-to-day technical support of the critical business systems.
Acquire and apply knowledge of Shaw’s transactional and organizational data to develop solutions and provide on-demand analytics and reporting.
Prepare and update documentation of designs, requirements, changes, and training materials.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and data validation activities.
