Prodapt is seeking an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst in Richardson, TX, to manage the monthly compensation cycle with precision, from crediting to payout hand-offs. You will operate under maker–checker controls, handle variance checks, and escalate complex inquiries.
The role requires 5–8 years in Sales/ICM, deep knowledge of incentive mechanics, and hands-on experience with Varicent/Xactly/SAP Commissions or similar platforms, plus advanced Excel and BI skills.
