Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Compensation Analyst located in one of our WK offices in the United States, with the option for some work from home. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the management and analysis of incentive programs, sales commissions, and compensation plans. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales performance data, ensuring the accuracy of commission calculations, developing compensation reports, and supporting the finance team with compensation-related insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with Incentive Programs, Sales Commission, and Compensation Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial analysis
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with sales performance analysis tools and software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
