How You'll Make an Impact:Join our Sales Operations team to support the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) EMEA sales compensation process. This role offers a dynamic and visible opportunity for career growth. We are looking for a candidate with strong business insight, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach. You will play a crucial role in driving our team's success and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales incentive compensation for the Commercial CMD field sales teams in EMEA.
- Coordinate and develop the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring accurate commission plans, rules, and calculations.
- Maintain and validate the integrity of sales data to ensure accurate commission calculations.
- Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team about commission calculations and payment discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end reporting and the incentive compensation process.
- Support the team in setting quotas of the CMD EMEA Commercial Sales team.
- Ensure data quality and maintenance by reviewing and updating product key assignments in the Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
- Lead special projects that support the central initiatives.
- Responsible for the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, understanding all products and sales channels supported by the sales teams.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by Sales Operations and Sales teams.
- Participate in discussions as a full member of the Commercial and Sales Operations teams.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 5 years confirmed working experience in Compensation, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or related Finance roles.
- Experience as a sales operations business partner, compensation analyst, or related function.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERM reporting tools, Xactly Incent or simular, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or higher)
- Experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 10%-15%.
