Responsibilities

• Translate Sales priorities, executive direction, and organizational changes into clear communication strategies and audience-appropriate messages.
• Advise Sales leadership on messaging, audience personas, segmentation, timing, delivery, and effectiveness.
• Oversee message architecture, editorial calendars, and review processes for consistency and impact.
• Lead strategic communication initiatives for multimedia programs, conferences, and high-visibility events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand guidelines and alignment between internal and external messaging.
• Monitor and measure communication effectiveness to improve strategy and execution.
