Job summary

Tekion Corp in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead to design, implement, and optimize our Sales Cloud, CPQ, and lead-to-cash workflows for a SaaS model.

You will mentor a team of developers and admins, own pricing and revenue workflows, integrate ERP and billing systems, and partner with Marketing and Legal on HubSpot, Marketo, and CLM integrations. Requirements include 8+ years on Salesforce with CPQ experience and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years CPQ implementation.
• Strong in Sales Cloud, lead management, and lead-to-cash processes.
• Experience with pricing rules, discounts, renewals, and subscriptions.
• ERP/Netsuite integrations and cross-system collaboration.
• HubSpot/Marketo and Ironclad CLM familiarity.
• Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Flow proficiency.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer I certs.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting/pricing solutions.
• Design scalable Sales Cloud and quoting solutions including pricing rules and approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own and optimize lead-to-cash processes across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
• Drive system integration strategies with ERP, billing, and third-party platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and data models.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Salesforce solutions.
• Promote DevOps, testing, and change-management best practices.
