Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a full-time in-home sales closer. You’ll meet 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging presentations in customers’ homes.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% upfront advance and no cap on commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits. Training is elite and promotions are from within, with a supportive, team-first environment.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
