Home Genius Exteriors is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals for our full-time W-2 role in the Pittsburgh area, with most work handled for you. Expect 2–3 pre-qualified customer meetings daily, in-home presentations, and rapid growth through mentorship and internal promotions.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ annually with a 70% upfront advance and uncapped commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, benefits after 30 days, and a supportive team culture that emphasizes career progression.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:
