Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You'll close pre-qualified prospects and deliver in-home presentations while growing into leadership within a rapidly expanding branch.

Meet 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily, receive elite training, and enjoy a generous compensation package: 100,000–300,000+ annually with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, bonuses, and health

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
