Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals to join our Pittsburgh, PA-based team. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver in-home presentations, with elite training and internal promotion opportunities.

This full-time W-2 role offers $100,000–$300,000+ per year with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and a supportive, team-first environment designed to accelerate your sales career.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
