Job summary

Novatar is seeking a results-driven closer to convert qualified discovery and demo calls into paying clients for our remote, 1099 sales role. You’ll run pre-booked demos, diagnose revenue gaps, and close with a consultative approach, earning recurring commissions on every retainer you sign.

With pre-qualified leads, ongoing training, a proven playbook, and mentorship, you’ll build a pipeline and advance based on clear performance metrics.

You take the qualified calls our setters book and turn them into clients. You run the demo, handle objections, and close service businesses onto Novatar. You earn recurring commission on every account you sign.

What you will do

• Run 5 to 10 qualified discovery and demo calls a day, all booked for you.
• Diagnose the prospect revenue leaks and present the right Novatar systems.
• Handle objections, send the agreement, and close.
• Give fulfillment a clean handoff so every new account starts strong.

What we are looking for

• You have closed deals before, ideally in agency, software, or service sales.
• You stay calm under pressure and you ask for the sale.
• You run a consultative call without a hard pitch.
• A reliable setup. This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: On-target earnings of $10,000 to $20,000 a month. 25% to 50% commission, recurring on every retainer you sign, recurring. Uncapped. Your book compounds as accounts renew, so a good quarter pays you for a year.

Eligibility

• All positions are 1099 independent-contractor, contract-to-hire roles. Strong performers can convert to a permanent role.
• Remote. You must be located in the city or service area you apply for.
• Able to visit or meet clients in person when needed.
• 18 or older.
• Eligible to work in the USA, with a valid driver’s license.
• No DUIs and no criminal record.
• Open to random drug testing to stay compliant with our policies.

1099 independent contractor. Remote. You set your own hours. Only candidates who pass our screening are offered the role.

This is a commission-only, 1099 contract opportunity. Earnings depend on your effort, your market, and how closely you follow the training and systems. Any figures shown are potential, not guaranteed, and results vary.
