Responsibilities

• Conduct professional sales and resolution consultations with qualified tax relief prospects.
• Identify the client's tax concerns, financial circumstances, and resolution needs.
• Explain applicable tax relief services, program requirements, costs, and next steps accurately and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate services based on the client's circumstances and eligibility.
• Effectively handle objections, questions, and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Close qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment and documentation process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Accurately document client information, conversations, sales activity, and follow-up in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, revenue, and performance expectations.
• Work closely with lead generation and case management teams to ensure a smooth client transition.
• Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
