Home Genius Exteriors in Connecticut is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) offering potential earnings of $150K–$200K annually. As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home presentations, and close high-ticket sales.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Connecticut

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
