Job summary

Actalent invites rising seniors to join its summer sales internship, a 10-week, hourly-paid program spanning the United States and Canada. You will gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and the recruiting lifecycle while receiving mentorship and shadowing opportunities with the local team.

Through structured sessions on sales tactics and recruiting best practices, you will contribute to lead generation, candidate outreach, and project-based capstone work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior.
• Sales degree or certification on campus is preferred.
• Prior customer service, campus leadership, or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales and business/client development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting and lead research to identify potential clients.
• Support account executives with market mapping and target lists.
• Learn to craft outreach messages and nurture early-stage client relationships.
• Assist in proposals, presentations, and client materials.
• Participate in sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Shadow sales professionals to understand the full cycle.
• Track activity and provide weekly progress updates.
