Job summary

TEKsystems is offering a 10-week internship focused on sales, business development, and client exposure. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and work on real projects, including a final presentation. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment after completion of the program.

Open to Sales undergraduates who are rising seniors (Dec 2026 or May 2027 grads) with a strong interest in outside sales, and excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Sales undergraduate program (rising senior).
• Strong desire for a career in outside sales (majors/minors preferred).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and good follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office with a sales territory review.
• Engage in business development and client exposure activities.
• Shadow recruiters, account managers and leadership to learn the industry.
• Complete a final presentation project.
• Internship performance may lead to full-time employment the following year.
