Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Financial Analyst II - Sales Channel in Plano, TX. You will partner with the sales team to build financial reports, forecast promotions, and track investments, leveraging strong Excel and data modeling skills to explain numbers to headquarters and account teams.

This 6-month, fully onsite contract offers potential extension or full-time conversion and requires a high-energy, detail-oriented analyst who can work independently and collaboratively to improve sell-out

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
4+ years of experience with financial acumen and analytics.
Advanced Excel and data modeling experience.
Strong communication of complex financial data to non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain financial reports for the ME team and its sales channel.
Forecast sales and promotion activities.
Manage the investment tracker for ME team and sales channel; post-mortem analyses on promotions.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities and respond to ad hoc analyses.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sell-out performance and drive actions.
Explain updates to account teams and HQ in a clear, concise manner.
Act as liaison between ME team and finance management to support requests.
