Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst II in Plano, TX. The role focuses on transforming sales, order, forecast, and channel inventory data to support demand planning and the CPFR process.

You will build KPI reports and provide early exception alerts to enable proactive actions. The ideal candidate has strong data engineering and data modeling skills, advanced Excel, and experience with order/sales and inventory data in the telecommunications/wireless sector or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in General Business, Sales Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities with experience in order/sales data and inventory.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas; experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Export and examine system-based and customer-provided data on sales, purchase orders, order forecast and channel inventory in real time.
• Maintain and update master data for items and channels to support data transformation and cleansing.
• Load weekly production, sales and inventory data and coordinate with internal teams on plans and PO tracking.
• Publish daily and weekly KPI reports to flag exceptions and drive corrective actions.
• Support CPFR process by preparing internal reports for weekly planning meetings.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests in a time-sensitive environment.
