Job summary

Closet Factory, Inc. is seeking self-driven sales professionals in the Houston area. This full-time, on-site role offers a 100% commission structure with the potential to earn $100,000+ for strong performers and significantly more for top performers.

You will handle prospects and clients, turning ongoing sales into referrals while following a proven process. Training is provided, and you will host appointments up to five times per week, including Saturdays and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Experience, Home Improvement related sales preferred.
• Must be trainable/coachable.
• Comfortable using computers & technology.
• Good organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Close deals, provide great service, and turn sales into referrals.

We have more leads than staff and are growing our team.

We help folks solve problems around their home using custom cabinets. Our brand, reputation and focused advertising means strong performers can perform. We use tech such as salesforce to make sure you can keep the prospects and clients organized. Again, we are looking for those that close, provide great service and know how to turn their ongoing sales into a referral business.

Good performers earn $100,000+ and top performers earn much more. The compensation is 100% commission. Sales rewards you financially for the efforts you make; this role is not for part-timers or dabblers. Success requires ownership of your own performance, following a well laid out process and being a good communicator.

You are a self-driven, energetic, self-learner who is comfortable taking appointments after completing our 1-week training program. Must be available to host up to 5 appointments per week including Saturdays and evening times. We cover the entire city of Houston and appointment locations reflect that.

Specific Requirements: 2+ years of Sales Experience Home Improvement Related Sales Experience A+…but Not Necessary You Must Be Trainable / Coachable Comfortable using Computers & Technology Good Organization and Follow Up Skills.
