Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Waco, TX seeks aSales Operations professional to build partnerships with the sales team, support the Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed. You will lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to reach World‑Class status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
Experience leading and influencing others (training/experience acceptable).
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
English language proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with the sales team.
