Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sales Center Leader to build partnerships with the sales team and support center operations across routes. You will lead, coach, and motivate associates to attain World-Class status by applying Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) practices.

You will leverage data and technology to develop sales plans, drive team performance, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid driver's license and DOT Medical card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to World-Class status using DSDE best practices.
• Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans.
