Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring for a field-facing role focused on building partnerships with the sales team, coaching the sales center staff, and leveraging data to drive sales plans. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership and a commitment to world-class customer service within a large, diverse organization.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in customer relations or sales, DC/field experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• ≥6 months leading and influencing others.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license; able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• English proficiency; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.


• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.


• Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.


• Be part of a team in an extraordinary organization where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every day.

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.


• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).


• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.


• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.


• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.


• Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
