Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to strengthen partnerships with the sales team and cover routes as needed. You will lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to maintain a world-class standard by following DSDE best practices and leveraging data-driven planning.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer relations or sales, with at least 6 months of leadership experience, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

What You Will Be Doing:

Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed. Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices. Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace. Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
