Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a sales-oriented professional to build and sustain partnerships with the sales team and support routes as needed. You will lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to reach World-Class status by applying DSDE best practices.

This role emphasizes data-driven sales planning and teamwork in a dynamic bakery network. Applicants should have 3-5 years in customer relations or sales, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• Experience leading and influencing others (6+ months) preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• English proficiency sufficient for field communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
• Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
