Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sales Center Leader to build partnerships with the sales team and support center operations across routes. You will lead, coach, and motivate associates to attain World-Class status by applying Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) practices.

You will leverage data and technology to develop sales plans, drive team performance, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid driver's license and DOT Medical card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
• Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
