Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to keep the office running, manage contracts, leads, and BEOs, and provide light sales support.

The role requires organization, reliability, and strong communication skills; experience in hotel systems is a plus. Expect a fulltime schedule at Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center, with growth opportunities in hospitality sales.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with excellent telephone skills.
• Warm, attentive, service-oriented approach to clients and colleagues.
• Sound judgment and decisive options evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi/SalesPro a plus.
• Previous administrative or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Catering team (contracts, BEOs, reports, forms).
• Answer and qualify inbound inquiries; respond accurately and promptly.
• Maintain Sales files, lead logs, and the Delphi/SalesPro system.
• Distribute BEOs, rooming lists, signed contracts to departments.
• Quote prices for small group inquiries and assist with groups under 10 rooms.
• Track guarantees and contact clients 72 hours prior to functions.
• Monitor and order office supplies and promotional materials.
• Coordinate in-house amenities, welcome letters, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
• Interface daily with kitchen and banquet departments; assist with site tours and sales blitzes.
