Job summary

Cambridge Caregivers in Dallas is seeking a Sales Care Coordinator to drive business development by engaging key community partners, healthcare providers, clergy, and local influencers. You will advocate for clients, coordinate with teams, and contribute across departments to ensure strong client engagement and growth.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, organizational skill, and collaboration, with opportunities for bonus or commission tied to performance.

  • Aptitude for performing a variety of functions, multi‑tasking, and picking up ad hoc projects or new skill sets as directed.
  • Capacity for self‑management and follow through on growth targets.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discretion, enthusiasm, and desire to promote the mission and values of the Agency.
  • MS Office experience

Responsibilities

  • Following up with clients who have missing data in their documents.
  • Carrying out follow-up visits as necessary and ensuring continued engagements with long term clients.
  • Coordinating visits, care plans updates, and non‑medical assessments with Quality Assurance, Scheduling, and the Director of Nursing.
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with staff on your assignments and facilitating closed‑loo communication between staff, clients and scheduling teams, including overtime and cancellations expectations.
  • Engaging with staff to support scheduling appropriately matching caregivers to clients.
  • Assisting with and attending regular round‑tables.
  • Representing the Agency at conferences, expo, and vendors fairs.
  • Assisting in following‑up from marketing events, communications, and campaign.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential partners and referral sources including social workers, case managers, discharge planners, concierge doctors, and specialists among others.
  • Actively seek out networking opportunities both inside and outside the industry.
  • Cambridge Caregivers encourages participation in boards, committees, clubs, and other social gatherings in order to raise the profile and reputation of the Agency.
  • Consult with potential new clients. Inform those seeking care about appropriate options, our service offerings, company policies and practices.

Job Details
  • Must be located in the Greater Dallas or Collin County metroplex or willing and able to commute to our Dallas office at least three days per week.
  • Must also be willing and able to work from home on weekends and outside of regular business hours.
