Sales Business Development Representative

Quill, part of the Staples family of brands since 1956, is a leader in office supplies and offers a rewarding work environment. We deliver a wide range of products, including paper, ink & toner, technology, and custom print, along with over 900 instant rewards with every order.

We are seeking to expand our team to support our growing customer base. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, managing your book of business, collaborating with internal partners, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. You will also educate customers on our products and programs, and make outbound calls to grow our customer base.

What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Minimum qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6+ months relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work on-site at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred qualifications:
  • Proven account management experience
  • Strong business acumen and sales strategy skills
