Sales Business Development Representative

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Build long-term relationships with customers as the primary point of contact.
  2. Manage your book of business effectively through productivity and pipeline management.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners.
  4. Ensure current clients are satisfied and receive exceptional service daily.
  5. Manage existing accounts to drive sales and profit margins.
  6. Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals.
  7. Develop internal and external business relationships.
  8. Make outbound sales calls to grow the customer base.
  9. Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities.
What you bring to the table:
  • High integrity in all dealings.

  • Ability to develop and close sales.
  • Relationship building and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives.
  • Ability to sell company values and services via phone and internet.

  • Ability to sell to multiple buyer levels within small to mid-sized customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
