The Sales and Business Development Manager, Wholesale, is an accomplished, tenured, and dynamic professional with a proven track record in the wireless telecommunications industry. This role requires a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator who can identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving market. The manager will oversee new growth opportunities from inception to full execution, interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders to bring maximum value to T-Mobile.
As the external face of T-Mobile, the manager will prospect high-value wholesale constructs, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution. The role demands a highly strategic and tactically oriented approach to engage new partners, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue opportunities, feeding targeted partners through the funnel efficiently to close win-win deals. The manager will drive the creation and development of new partnerships, structuring product/service strategies vital to T-Mobile's wholesale business. Responsibilities include progressing opportunities through the funnel, managing forecasts, and working closely with internal teams for support and approvals. Collaboration with MVNO and Fixed Wireless Access teams for customer onboarding is also essential.
The base pay range is $100,400 - $181,200, with a 15% corporate bonus target. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
