Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop strategic business relationships with a broad spectrum of cross-industry clients, collaborating with Team Leaders and Senior Management to identify prospective clients.
  2. Develop new business opportunities supporting our company's growth strategy.
  3. Target senior-level hiring managers and HR leaders to promote our executive recruiting and staffing services.
  4. Achieve sales goals by acquiring new clients seeking our services.
  5. Maintain a sales database within CRM.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  • 5+ years of documented success in B2B sales.
  • Recruitment or staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Ability to research and create calling lists.
  • Understanding of finance and business financial documents.
  • Strong ethics and professionalism.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Persistent, driven, and motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
