What You'll be Doing:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will maintain and grow business within a specific Catalog territory. You will leverage your understanding of our offerings to identify and qualify leads, engage in detailed customer interactions, and support overall sales strategies by managing records and documenting activities.

Location: Remote from East Coast or Central time zones preferred.

Shift: 8:00 am ET to 5:00 pm ET or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ET preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Process and confirm orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records.
  4. Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value.
  5. Document sales activities and prospecting efforts.
  6. Prepare and deliver tailored sales quotes and proposals.
  7. Respond to product and service inquiries.
  8. Coordinate logistics for large or custom orders.
  9. Share customer insights and trends with sales leadership.
