Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Account Manager to drive our Sales and Marketing efforts, by contacting Hospitals and Healthcare organizations around the country, uncovering various staffing shortages and potential good fits for our line of services.

Responsibilities

• High volume of calling into hospitals, speaking with various service line directors and managers in regard to our services
• Broadcast marketing through various in-house marketing mediums
• Maintaining excellent records/notes within our CRM/ATS
• Setting high volume of teleconference meetings with potential clients and Business Development Managers
• Hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
