Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a Trimlight Sales Brand Ambassador to represent the brand inside retail locations.

You will engage shoppers, explain Trimlight’s lighting solutions, and convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities. This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a strong earning potential, and growth opportunities with a company that values energy, prospection, and customer service.

Formación

• Outgoing and confident with customers.

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.

• Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products.

• Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

The Opportunity

As a Trimlight Sales Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand inside retail locations. You'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to Trimlight's innovative lighting solutions, create excitement around the product, and turn conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market
