Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a Sales Brand Ambassador to represent Trimlight in retail locations across the market. You will engage shoppers, present Trimlight lighting solutions, and turn conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with $60K–$85K+ target earnings, plus health, dental & vision plans, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) after 1 year. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products.
• Proactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations.
• Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
