Compensation: $10 an hour plus commissions, which typically result in between $70,000 and $150,000 annually. Average monthly commission ranges from $5,000 to $7,000.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls from warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Determine customer needs and provide a white‑glove experience from start to finish during the sale.
• Send out final key metrics from the day before each day, including competition updates.
• Track each sale made by inside sales and ensure Pro Support uploads the verbal agreement.
• Assist in scheduling 50% or more of the team’s sales by adjusting routes, calling technicians for same‑day requests, and trimming routes to adhere to scheduling rules.
• Track all sales scheduled for the current day and call any technician who is behind on their route or may have missed an appointment to ensure it is serviced that day.
• Investigate and reschedule any initial job that wasn’t completed the previous day.
• Design slides for incentive and competition presentations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete understanding of pest routes scheduling rules and details, including moving, rescheduling, or canceling jobs, and adjusting or building complete routes.
• Detail‑oriented and responsible, able to show up on time, and able to correct scheduling mistakes.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone; able to convey important information to field workers, field managers, and customer experience agents.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (calculating simple formulas, creating pivot tables, producing limited reports).
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Prior pest control experience is helpful but not required.
