Job summary

Fossil Group in Destin, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, share product knowledge, and build trust through listening and storytelling. You will take ownership of daily tasks and strive to meet personal sales and KPI targets while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

You will collaborate with peers to ensure attractive product presentation, maintain excellent customer service, and help Fossil deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest services preferred.
