Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs, guiding the sale, and promoting the Scheels Visa Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Attend product training and store meetings, and assist in training new associates.
