Scheels in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, understand needs, and guide them through the sale, including Scheels Visa. You will contribute to a personalized WOW experience and maintain strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include merchandising, training new associates, and leveraging basic IT tools (AS400, MS Office, Google Docs) to support sales. 15–20 hours weekly; $19/hour with commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Work 1–2 nights weekly and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional service by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following sales process.
• Maintain a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Support visual merchandising and assist with freight and stock.
• Demonstrate product usage and operate inventory tools.
• Attend product training and store meetings; train new associates.
• Navigate PC and handheld scanner; use MS Office/Google Docs/AS400.
