Compensation Details

We provide a competitive package to reward your contributions. This role involves more than answering phones; you can boost your earnings with our membership model. Enjoy a base hourly rate based on your experience and skills, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2 - $4 per hour.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients on their benefits
• Provide excellent customer service through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
